v1.2.2 fixed onboarding lane import and iOS chat send recovery paths on top of the v1.2 desktop release train.

* **Onboarding lane import.** ADE now handles lane import during onboarding without dropping the project into an incomplete setup state.

* **Chat send recovery.** The iOS companion now recovers cleanly when a chat send needs to reconnect or retry against the desktop runtime.
